 Playdate is a friend finding app for parents who need a little help making those connections in order to find awesome play companions for their kids with parents like them.

Features

The app starts with a personality profile that is quick and easy to fill out.  It will search through people in your city and match you based on children's age groups, likes and dislikes as well as parental personality match.  No more uncomfortable conversations with sanctimommies or judgemental daddies.  Find parents who share your values, interests, and parenting styles.

It includes a geo-locating and tagging feature which allows you to let other parents know when you plan to be at the park and allows you to see other parents who are already in the vicinity.  It allows chatting with parents nearby and allows you to chose your level of privacy and security by deciding how far you want you radius of influence to be.
